Double life

Are we all living double life? Nooo ..... I Donot think so... 

How many people lives secret second life? 

I am afraid of double lives... I did experience that unfortunately. Double life brings out so many lies ..

As in our lives has so many different difficult relationships, we also want to responsible to some levels, people tent to lie.. problem is lies and more lies and more lies, finally end up anxious, frustrated, defensive, feeling uncomfortable. 

I am thinking why we live like this ... seems more and more people suffer from this... it is not even good for them either and still they are doing it. I have a feeling that it is a combination of childhood experiences, society expectations, this tech - IT - easy computerized connections...

And at the end all of this difficulties bring out the worse from the people, mental issues, or "just" personality disorders. It is sucks anyways. 

Why we cannot be simply who we are? Why we afraid to tell this is who I am from the beginning ... you like me or not... 

Double life almost normal .. we have our home  face and public face.. but the pressure is bigger lately and it goes extremes many times.  Only during that 10 years since I am in Canada noticed the violence is much more frequent than before.. year by year.  Perpetrators are people who look normal and even nice, helpful, happy, nobody would even think... 

Also the same experience in Hungary.. more murder, more violent people, dad kills the whole family. 

So easy starting a "surface" relationship...  some messages, emails, photoes, nice words, heart emojies and you donot know who you meet with... can be a serial killer...  So easy to mislead others... on the other hand average people are so naive.  With the facebook, chat, tinder options you can find someone easily on the other side of the world, really hard to know who is on the other end. 

We are all getting psychos? 

How we can protect ourselves from people who hiding their true personality? Can we or how we should trust at all?
